Meet Our Founder & CEO

Skyla Allison, MBA
Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Allison Talent Partners

Skyla built Allison Talent Partners on a simple belief. Every company deserves access to outstanding talent, and every candidate deserves an advocate committed to helping them shine.

With an MBA in Human Resource Management from Louisiana State University and a strong background in HR and talent acquisition, Skyla has spent years evaluating people, understanding strengths, and identifying what makes an employee truly successful within an organization. Her experience in the corporate and operational sides of HR gives her a deep understanding of company culture, workforce needs, and the importance of strategic hiring.

Before launching her staffing agency, Skyla spent much of her life performing, dancing, training, and working in environments where discipline, passion, and teamwork mattered every single day. That performing arts background sharpened her intuition, communication skills, and ability to read people quickly and accurately, which is a unique advantage in the talent world.
